The Impact Deposit Program

As a Benefit Corporation Bank, we partner with a diverse group of impact investors who are committed to making a difference with their money. These investors share our values and seek to contribute to the economic and social well-being of Maine through our Corporate Impact Program. Through this program, we offer like-minded companies the opportunity to amplify their impact by placing deposits with us. These funds are then utilized to finance a variety of sustainable businesses across Maine. Participating in our program is simple–just open an eligible account. Your deposits will directly support lending in key areas that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, such as loans to women and BIPOC-led businesses, renewable energy projects, sustainable agriculture, nonprofits, rural healthcare providers, and clean water initiatives.
